During Kevin’s 15-year professional training career, he has worked with hundreds of athletes ranging in age from middle school to college and beyond in sports of all types, including football, soccer, basketball, baseball, hockey, swimming, softball, track, tennis, and more. He enjoys pushing athletes to the limit of their potential, and many of my athletes have gone on to play both in college and professionally.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, he also works with people of all ages and abilities who have made the decision to get fit, lose weight, or simply become healthier through a commitment to fitness.
Kevin’s love for fitness and sports came from his days running track for both Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and Illinois State University, where he competed as a decathlete and in the 100, 200, and 400 meters, helping the university earn three conference titles during his years there.
Many of his athletes have gone on to successful careers at Division I schools and in pro sports.
